Today I went to church.  It was fun and the Pastor had a good sermon.  Then we had potuck.  Then I came home and hung out and did what I felt like.    Today is my first day of vacation from work and it feels good.  I’m on vacation till Oct. 18.

Today is 10-10-10  how lucky can we get.  I went to Omaha and spent the day with some friends I’ve known sense I was 12.  So that was fun fun fun.  We played games talked and arm wrestled.   We watched football too.  I came  home and watched the

Today I went to Super Saver and looked around a bit.  Then came home and did what I felt like.  This vacation is just what I needed.   I watched the

I didn’t get to watch it all because of the lighting  and thunder in East Rutherford, NJ.  Oh well there will be other games.

Today I went to Dollar tree.  Got what I needed.  I had my favorite aide all morning.  Not much else for today.

Today I went to Barnes and Noble just to check it out and I’ve never seen so many books in my life.  I looked at a map of NE an it’s like a road atlas  except it’s of NE.

Tonight I talked to   a friend of mine for a while that was fun.

Today I went Bowling.  My first game I got a 76 and my second game I got a 60.  Altogether I got 136.  I’ll have to do that once a month.

I talked to a couple of my neighbors and invited one of them to go bowling November 7^th.

Today I went to a Park not that far from me.  I took a paint marker and a letter and painted it up real nice.  I’m making  a sign for a friend with her name.  I talked to  neighbor of mine.

Today I went to church.  Then came home ate lunch then.  I  went to a house by a small town called Seward and my church friends and I went to a Balm fire.  We had a fire then supper and visited and talked and sang songs around the fire.  Then we all went for a hay rack ride  and boy was that ever fun.  I teased a boy named Toby and a girl named Kimmy.  Both are in their teens.  After that I came home and went to bed.

Today I decided to take off cause I didn’t get to bed till after midnight.  This morning I did stuff this afternoon I napped and now I’m watching  Monday night football.

One thing I will say about the Cowboys is that they did get a touchdown but because one of the Cowboys was holding a Redskin from sacking the quarter back they got a penalty right at the very last second of the game.  All I have to say is big deal.

I had a friend over her name is Jennifer.  We went to McDonald’s and got ice cream and visited and had a good time.

Today I went to Dollar Tree for those in different states that is a Dollar store where everything is $1.  I got stuff I needed for myself and for a friend who’s birthday is coming up.  That was today.

Tuesday, 9-14-2010

Today I tackled a job with the help of my wonderful aide Sarah.  We cleaned my Living room up.  I have a path now YIPPEE!!!  I went to the Ambassador and played bingo and sang to Scott.  Tonight I’ve been catching up on my blog.

Wednesday, 9-15-2010


Today I went to Bryan Hospital and volunteered there.  I pass out Bulletins to the paitent's room.  Some of the nurses are really nice.  One knew exactly what I was going to ask and answered the question before I said anything and I said what are you a mind reader?  I was joking though.  The volunteer office is super nice and I love Wednesdays because of Bryan Hospital.  I have certain people I see every week and it's a highlight in both of our weeks.

Today I went to see Scott again.  I read the sports section to him.  Then sang for a whie.  Then I visit another Resident then came home.


Tonight I took a bseball poster to my Neighbor and he liked it.  It was of th Lincoln Salt Dogs.  I have   2 different ones in my place.  We watched tv and talked.

Today I went back to the day care and it was so much fun.  I tossed a football around and had fun.  Some of the kids just ran up to me and hugged me.  It was a fun day.

Saturday 9-18-2010

Today I went to church and then came home and ate lunch then went to  nursing home and had a church service for the elderly folks.  They loved iiit and I played a song on my keyboard.

Thu. night i went to a handbell concert It was beutiful.  Bells have a beautiful ring.  After words I bought a cd of the Heaven's bell choir. 

Fri. I went to the Ambassador and hung out with a friend of mine.  The Ambassador is a nursing home for those who don't live in Lincoln.  

This week I painted a sign for a baby with his name and his Mom loved me for that.  Some day Bradyn will love me too. 

Today I went to church and had potluck.  Then went to some friends house for the afternoon.  It was fun.  Hope all is well with you all.
